Russ Fowler
Business coach
Stirling Sports franchise for over 21 years. He has been a member of the Otago Chamber of Commerce and the Retail Committee, and is passionate about helping others, getting things done and doing them right.
Utilizing his expertise in business management and strategic thinking, he enjoys working alongside businesses to improve their financial and mental wellbeing. Having experienced hard knocks in the business world himself and coming out the other side, he recognises the benefits that come from making better business decisions.
In his spare time, Russ spends time with his wife Sue, family and friends and loves the Central Otago outdoors. He is also busy as an active member of the Lions and establishing a Menz Shed in Cromwell.
Dean Affleck
Business coach
Dean is passionate about helping the little guys get ahead. He utilizes his expertise in business start up, taxation and accounting to assist businesses in building a strong base in which to grow from.
As Partner at Affleck O’Meara Accountants, he has worked alongside many businesses, helping them to grow and develop.
Dean is born and raised in the South and has a strong connection within the local community. In his spare time he likes to hit the golf course and spend time with his family in Cromwell.
Kevin Henderson
Business coach
Kevin has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years owning his own business with multiple branches and expansion from the North to South island. Kevin recognises the benefits of knowing the nuts and bolts of business, taking action and being held accountable to get things done.
He developed a passion for business coaching from his own experiences, having worked with several coaches who have helped him focus on the power of the mind, elevating thinking beyond your zone of comfort, to gain the most “leverage” to achieve your goals.
He really enjoys seeing businesses grow and evolve and specializes in empowering them to develop coping mechanisms and strategies for the tough times. Working alongside business owners he helps them prepare for various issues and situations they might face.
In his spare time Kevin loves running, staying fit and spending time with his family.
